Out-of-Network Benefits

Understanding out-of-network benefits is important for managing your healthcare effectively. These benefits typically apply when you receive care from providers who don't have a contract with your insurance company. Coverage levels and reimbursement policies vary, so check your policy for comprehensive information. I offer a superbill to turn into your insurance company with a diagnosis code to see if they will reimburse for counseling services if you choose this service.

We Accept FSA & HSA

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for payment.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’ll provide you with a Superbill you can easily submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This gives you flexibility and may reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

Why Self-Pay?

No diagnosis required – Your healing journey doesn’t need a label.
More privacy – Insurance companies don’t have access to your records.
No red tape – No waiting for approvals, restrictions or number of sessions.
Specialized care – More time and focus on you, not paperwork.
Better services – Sessions tailored to your needs, not limited by insurance rules.

In-Network Provider

I accept select insurance plans to make care more accessible.
What this means for you: If I am an In-Network Provider
You’ll typically only pay your copay, coinsurance, or deductible.
Sessions are billed directly to your insurance for convenience.
Coverage may require a diagnosis and can limit the number of sessions. Since every plan is different, it’s best to check your benefits in advance.
